Job Title: Office Manager Job Description:

We are currently seeking an organized and dynamic Office Manager to join our diverse team of businesses. This position is providing a unique opportunity to engage with various aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will be a key player in ensuring the smooth running of our daily activities across several businesses, including a construction company, an apparel brand, a nutrition supplement brand, and a personal brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to phone inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Assist in the daily operations of multiple businesses, handling clerical and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Play a vital role in the organization and coordination of internal and external meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Support the leadership team in personal tasks and errands to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients, helping to expand business opportunities and client base.
  • Manage email correspondence, prioritize incoming emails, and ensure timely responses.
  • Participate actively in project management and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Adapt to various roles within different companies, providing support wherever required to meet business goals.
  • Organize expense receipts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certification in business administration or relevant fields preferred but not required.

Work Hours & Benefits:

  • This is a hybrid position requiring presence in the office approximately 50% of the time.
  • Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20/hr.
